Salary: £25 - £30 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about helping young children thrive through personalised learning? We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing 1:1 Early Years Tutor to support a young learner in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional or qualified tutor to make a meaningful difference in a child s development.

• Plan and deliver individualised learning activities that meet the child s developmental needs.
• Use play-based and multi-sensory approaches to engage the learner.
• Track progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents/carers and, where applicable, other professionals.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

• Relevant Early Years or education qualification (Level 3+ or QTS preferred).
• Experience working with young children in a 1:1 or small group setting.
• A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• SEN experience or training
• Knowledge of EYFS tracking tools or early intervention strategies
