What You’ll Do- Support students through bursary and funding applications
- Help remove financial barriers that could impact college success
- Provide accurate advice with empathy, confidentiality and care
- Keep records organised and ensure funding processes run smoothly
- Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above (GCSE A-C/9-4)
- Strong administration or customer‑focused experience
- Great communication skills and a supportive approach
- Ability to stay organised and handle sensitive information
- A passion for helping people reach their potential
