The Role:

• Support pupils in the classroom, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
• Make a real difference to pupils learning and confidence

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous UK school experience (essential)
• Is reliable, proactive, and confident working with children
• Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a passion for education
• Can adapt to different school settings and year groups
