Level Teaching Assistant

Supply Desk are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in the south Salisbury Suburbs

Starting Septembger 2026 on a long-term contract

Pay: £88 - £105 per day

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Are you a passionate, enthusiastic and trained HLTA seeking a new role? Do you have experience working with small groups for English and Math? Have you had experience of covering PPA? Would you be looking to working at an Ofsted “Good” rated school?

Supply Desk is proud to support a medium sized 2 form entry school in the Salisbury Suburbs. This school was recently awarded “good” in its most recent Ofsted with areas of Outstanding. This school is noted for children enjoying going to school and for it’s supportive and hardworking staff. There are a number of children with additional needs and the school strives to be inclusive and adapting ensuring all children succeed and achieve.

• Working with a range of ages in small groups to support English and Maths
• Supporting whole class with Guided Reading, Maths and English, phonics and general classroom support if needed
• Some PPA whole class cover
• Supporting those with additional needs including EHCPs
• Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract

• Good subject knowledge required
