What Youll Do Deliver engaging and inclusive Sport and Public Services programmes across a range of vocational courses Plan and deliver high-quality theory and practical sessions that develop learners' knowledge, skills, fitness, teamwork, and leadership abilities Prepare learners for progression into higher education, apprenticeships, employment, and careers within the sport and public services sectors Create a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment that promotes achievement and participation Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners to achieve their individual goals and qualifications Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to enhance curriculum delivery and enrichment opportunities Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, equality, diversity, and professional practice What Youll Bring A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in Sport, Public Services, Physical Education, Coaching, Fitness, Uniformed Protective Services, or a related subject area Industry experience within sport, fitness, coaching, uniformed services, community sport, or related sectors Strong communication, organisational, and learner-support skills A passion for vocational education and developing learners' confidence, skills, and career aspirations Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential ?
