What We Offer
Salary:
Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year, pro rata
Qualified Lecturer: £31,885  £40,814 per year, pro rata
(Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
Contract Type:
Permanent, Part Time 26 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across Level 23 Hospitality programmes and T Levels, where appropriate
Deliver engaging, practical and industry-focused lessons
Develop learners technical, customer service and employability skills
Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education
Share your industry knowledge and real-world experience
Help learners build confidence, professionalism and ambition
Contribute to an inclusive, supportive and inspiring learning environment

What Youll Bring
A relevant Level 3+ qualification in Hospitality, Catering, Hotel Management, Events, Food & Beverage or a related subject
Strong hospitality knowledge and practical industry experience
The ability to engage, motivate and support learners
A passion for practical, inclusive and industry-relevant learning
A Level 4 teaching qualification is welcomed, but not essential  well support you to gain one
