The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide consistent support to help children develop positive behaviours, improve their confidence and engage more successfully with their education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and targeted support to children during the school day.
- Building positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing.
- Using agreed behaviour strategies and individualised support plans to meet children's needs.
