We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, automotive engineering, diagnostics, vehicle systems, electrics, hybrid and electric vehicles, or related areas.

Please note:
This is a Variable Hours position, with work currently required on Mondays and Wednesdays, subject to curriculum delivery.

What We Offer

Salary:

Unqualified: £21.13 per hour plus holiday pay

Qualified: £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

Contract Type: Variable Hours - currently required on Monday and Wednesday

What You'll Do

• Teach and assess Automotive students
• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical sessions
• Develop lesson plans and learning materials
• Support students' progress, achievement, and employability
• Develop students' practical skills and understanding of automotive technologies
• Contribute to enrichment, industry visits, and employer engagement
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and professional practice
• Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding learner experience

What You'll Bring

• Relevant qualification and/or industry experience in an automotive subject
• Strong practical and technical knowledge of automotive systems
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, engineering, or a related field
• A passion for inspiring and supporting learners
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safe and professional working practices
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential – experienced automotive professionals are encouraged to apply
