All Together Education Recruitment is working with a secondary school in Salisbury seeking a motivated Maths Teacher.
This is an opportunity for a teacher who can make Mathematics accessible, build pupil confidence and inspire strong achievement.
The role:- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons
- Develop pupils’ numeracy, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support
- Prepare pupils for assessments and examinations
- Adapt teaching to challenge and support learners of different abilities
- Contribute to departmental planning and share effective teaching practice
- QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Strong Mathematics subject knowledge
- Effective classroom management
- The ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly
- High expectations and a commitment to safeguarding
