As an Engineering Apprentice you will work alongside our experienced Engineering team, gaining practical experience across a wide range of engineering activities that support the safe and efficient operation of our bakery. You will learn how to install, maintain, service and repair production equipment while developing your understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles. Throughout the programme you will support planned preventative maintenance activities, assist with fault finding and repairs, and help maintain the performance and reliability of production machinery and site services.
You’ll also gain exposure to equipment commissioning, plant operations, production changeovers and continuous improvement activities while developing a strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and engineering best practice. Through a combination of workplace learning and formal training you will build the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to become a qualified engineering professional.

- IT skills (Microsoft Office, MRP systems, Optimity)
- Key User in M3 (Preferable, not essential)
