This role is essential for delivering mechanical engineering excellence and ensuring compliance across a complex estate.

• Lead the delivery of mechanical engineering services and statutory compliance.
• Supervise engineers and contractors to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Act as the Qualified Supervisor for F‑Gas, Gas Safe, and OFTEC accreditations.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to promote safety culture.

• Significant experience in mechanical engineering leadership, preferably in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant regulations (Gas Safe, OFTEC, F‑Gas).
• A recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds Level
  3).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities with a focus on safety and compliance.
