• Process multi-currency invoices and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Perform monthly credit card, supplier, and bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare fortnightly payments in line with supplier terms.
• Manage finance emails and resolve departmental or supplier queries.

• High accuracy levels and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Able to commute to Salisbury 5 days a week.
• Non-Smoker or Vaper.
