Description
Manage a portfolio of private client tax cases, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all submissions.
Provide tailored tax planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Review and prepare complex tax returns and computations.
Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients to resolve queries or disputes.
Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities for clients.
Support junior team members, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and their implications for clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client service experience.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Senior Manager should have:
A professional tax or accounting qualification (ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA).
Extensive experience in private client tax services within the professional services industry.
Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
