Imperium Financial Recruitment is acting as an employment agency on behalf of a leading and highly respected firm of insolvency specialists that is seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven insolvency professional who has extensive experience managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of corporate insolvency assignments, including Administrations, Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), Compulsory Liquidations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), whilst maintaining high levels of technical accuracy and client service throughout the case lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from cradle to grave.
- Preparing statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, agents and other stakeholders.
- Realising company assets and conducting investigations where required.
- Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders as necessary.
- Assisting Insolvency Practitioners with case progression and compliance matters.
- Ensuring all cases are administered in accordance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
- Previous experience working within a corporate insolvency environment.
- Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
- Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- CPI, ACA, ACCA or relevant insolvency qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
