Management Accountant | £55,000 – £60,000 | On-site | If you're looking for glass offices, pristine desks and a completely paperless finance department, this probably isn't the one for you.
If, however, you'd quite like to join a successful, established business with bags of character, a genuinely friendly team and plenty of opportunity to make your mark, keep reading.
ReQuire is recruiting a Management Accountant for a fascinating Salisbury business operating within the furniture, design and hospitality world.
And it's a little different.
This is a workplace with real personality. Part office, part operational environment and always full of life. There's history, character and activity everywhere you look, with a friendly team of people who clearly enjoy being part of the business.

There is also a genuine opportunity to improve how things are done.
The business is developing its ERP capability and wants its new Management Accountant to help strengthen processes, controls and reporting. They're not looking for someone to arrive with a corporate playbook and change everything overnight.
They're looking for someone pragmatic who can understand the business first, then help move it forward.
