Care Supervisor - Nights

Job Overview

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Care Supervisor – Nights at Wandsworth Common Care Home in London.

• Promote and deliver high‑quality person‑centred care.
• Closely monitor and report on residents’ daily progress, recording all observations and interventions.
• Deal with concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives promptly and appropriately.
• Provide ongoing support for residents, families, and the Care Services Team.

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Recognised medication administration qualification and experience.
• Previous experience in a senior care role.
• Ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.

• DBS Disclosure check (cost paid by Avery Healthcare).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
