As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide care and companionship to vulnerable young adults & elderly clients in their own homes.
Being a Care assistant will allow to make everlasting relations with your clients and be a positive force in their lives
Responsibilities- Provide companion during breakfast, Lunch Tea, Dinner calls
- Prompt and ensure clients are taking their medication on time & correctly.
- Make suggestion on how the client could improve their quality of life. This could be as simple as having a cup of tea in the garden.
- Provide hands on personal care when needed. This will include washing, bathing toileting & changing clothes.
Carewise
24 have clients across Salisbury and Devizes.
Visits vary between 45 minutes to 1 hour, dependant upon the inidvidual clients needs.
Pay£13.50 per hour
Mileage paid at 35p per mile
ShiftsFull time and part time positions are available
Shifts are between the hours of 7am to 10pm
Alternate weekend availability essential
Requirements- Full UK licence with access to own car
- No experience is required as full training is provided
