We are looking for a dedicated Temporary Staffing Shift Coordinator to join our team and support the efficient management of flexible workers (bank/agency staff) across various departments within the Trust. This role will involve coordinating staffing requests, maintaining communication with workers, supporting recruitment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Experience in staffing, recruitment, or administration is desirable but not essential. - Team Player:
Able to work collaboratively with internal teams, including the Temporary Staffing Team Leader, Roster Team, and Payroll Department. - IT Proficiency:
Competent in using computerised systems and Microsoft Office applications.
