Key Responsibilities:- Undertaking urgent mental health and risk assessments
- Supporting children and young people presenting in crisis
- Developing and reviewing crisis plans
- Working closely with families, carers and partner agencies
- Liaising with acute services, including A&E and inpatient teams
- Contributing to safe, effective and person-centred care
Qualifications:
To apply, you must have:
- NMC registration(valid and active).
- A minimum of6 months of NHS experience as in Community
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
