Salary & Progression

PIP
 
Starting Salary: £40,000
After 12 months: £42,000  WCA
 
Starting Salary: £42,000
After 12 months: £43,000  Bonus & Benefits
 
5% one-off approval bonus
Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)  

The Role
You'll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.
This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.

Requirements

Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
Occupational Therapists
Physiotherapists
Paramedics
Pharmacists  You must have:
 
1+ year post-registration clinical experience (adult setting)
12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
Good communication, report-writing and IT skills  Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available.
