What you will do

  • Deliver paediatric audiology assessments and interventions.
  • Manage a paediatric audiology caseload according to your competency and experience.
  • Undertake specialist hearing assessments and diagnostic testing.
  • Provide audiological advice and treatment plans for children and families.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary working and patient management.
  • Deliver clinical and administrative sessions in line with service requirements.
  • Support high-quality patient-centred care and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualified Audiologist.
  • Relevant paediatric audiology experience.
  • NHS experience.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
  • HCPC registration or relevant professional registration.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Right to Work documentation.
  • Fit to Work clearance.
  • Mandatory training certificates.
  • Two NHS references issued within the last 12 months.
  • Experience with in acute hospital audiology services.
  • Experience managing complex paediatric audiology caseloads.
  • Experience providing specialist hearing assessments and interventions.
