Support Worker; Agency Shifts

We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts for a wonderful supported living service in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We offer regular and flexible ad-hoc shifts with excellent pay and support. • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to individuals each day.

• Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided.
• Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Administer medication safely and accurately, in line with your training and each person's support plan

• At least 3 months of paid support work experience in the last 2 years
• Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
• Up-to-date DBS
• Right to work in the UK

• £14.24 - £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
