HR Advisor

If you’re a HR Advisor who enjoys real casework, practical employment law and building trusted relationships with clients, this is a role where your expertise will be used properly. At Access2 Human Resources, we provide hands on, outsourced HR support to businesses across the UK, and this position puts you right at the centre of that delivery.

As HR Advisor, you’ll support a wide range of businesses, helping them stay compliant, manage people issues confidently and reduce risk, all within a supportive consultancy environment.

Your role will include:

Providing clear, accurate Human Resources advice to clients by phone and email
Managing varied casework including grievance, disciplinary and absence matters
Drafting employment contracts, policies, handbooks and employment documentation
Maintaining accurate case notes on the internal case management system
Managing and updating Human Resources systems, including BreatheHR
Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and add value

To succeed as an HR Advisor, you’ll bring:

A solid, professional track record within an Human Resources role with previous experience handling casework
Strong working knowledge of employment law
Confidence drafting contracts and policies in line with legislation
Experience using Human Resources systems such as BreatheHR
A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
