GTC Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a high-profile public-sector organisation at Porton Down, Salisbury, on an initial 12-month contract.
The role covers first and second-line HR support, employee relations, policy guidance, recruitment coordination, onboarding and HR reporting, with a focus on compliance and stakeholder management.
Applicants must hold active SC clearance, be a sole UK national, and be able to work 3 days per week on site;
