ALOIS UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/HR Support Officer to provide first and second line HR support to employees and managers in Salisbury. You will advise on HR policies, manage inquiries, maintain HR records, support recruitment and onboarding, and prepare HR reports while ensuring GDPR compliance.
The role requires strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and experience with HRIS systems. CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience is advantageous.
