My client is a well established digital marketing agency, they build websites, web apps and mobile apps for a range of customers and clients. They also provide outsourced IT Support both software and hardware to customers in the local area. Currently they are on the search for another talented IT Support engineer to join their team.
Key Skills- Full UK Driving licence
- Experience with Office
365 - Some knowledge or experience of 1st Line support
- Desktop Support and deployment experience
- Demonstrable network support and deployment experience
- Demonstrable networking experience (routing, switching, VPN’s and firewalls)
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies - AWS, Azure
- Experience in a Managed service provider or outsourced support
- Project experience - designing and setting up new infrastructure
