• Support the setup and management of automation workflows

• Help connect AI tools with CRM and marketing platforms

• Monitor performance and spot opportunities to improve

• Use AI tools to help produce emails, ads, and social content

• Support campaign ideas and copywriting

• Keep everything aligned with our brand voice

• Help personalise campaigns for different audiences

• Track performance and engagement

• Analyse marketing data and spot trends

• Contribute to reports and dashboards

• Help turn insights into action

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Data (or similar)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing

• Interest in AI, automation, and new tech

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Clear communication skills

Bonus (not essential): experience with tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or AI platforms like ChatGPT.
