Property Account handler Gillingham, Kent £28,000 - £33,000 DOE  bonus Barker Munro Recruitment is pleased to be working with a growing insurance broker that has developed a strong reputation within the UK property insurance market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Insurance Broker to join their successful team. This role will focus on handling and converting new business enquiries, building client relationships, and arranging tailored insurance solutions for a niche portfolio of household and property risks.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing and converting inbound new business enquiries
• Understanding client requirements and arranging suitable cover
• Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Handling policy adjustments and supporting customers throughout the policy lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate records on Acturis
• Working towards individual and team sales targets About You
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Household, Personal Lines, High Net Worth or Non-Standard insurance
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Good technical insurance knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities Package • £28,000 - £33,000 salary depending on level of property experience
