Conveyancing Paralegal

Position: Conveyancing Paralegal (Permanent)
Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our progressive client in Salisbury who are actively recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities :

Working with Fee Earners on freehold and leasehold sales, purchase and mortgages
Compiling and sending out draft contract papers
Drafting AP1's and TR1's
Requesting searches
Dealing with Land Registry and SDLT
Chasing outstanding enquiries and sending requisition statements

What you will need to succeed:

Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential
A confident communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Previous exposure to case management systems, and the ability to use online systems used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc
Excellent organisational skills
