Cleaner, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

About The Role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will be required to consistently ensure Callen-Lenz is a clean and pleasant environment for colleagues and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure floors are cleaned regularly.
• Ensure meeting spaces are tidy with worktops and desks are clean.
• Remove litter and empty shared bins regularly.
• Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned daily and toilet rolls, soaps are readily available.
• Ensure all kitchen spaces are cleaned daily and where required all cutlery and mugs are cleaned and put away.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are regularly required and ordered where required.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Create and promote a safe working environment consistent with all applicable company and legislative requirements (e.g. COSHH, HASAW, HSE)
• Direct the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness
• Health & Safety Coordination – regulations, communications, walk-rounds and actions

About You

• Experience with in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage priorities.
• Enthusiasm for their work and self-motivated
• Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK
• Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
