Building Maintenance Engineer - Nights

Acting on behalf of my client, I am recruiting for the following opportunity. Building Maintenance Engineer - Multi Skilled £50.7K final salary in Wiltshire. The team of Building Maintenance Engineers help maintain my clients Regional Distribution Centre in Wiltshire. A purpose built one million sq. ft. automated site which supports their organisational plans to grow from 580 to 1,000 stores.

As a Building Maintenance Engineer you are responsible for the continuous running of all vital site facilities, maintaining equipment to a high standard, in turn reducing production downtime, maintaining site safety and operational functionality. For this recruitment campaign, we are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer with an Electrical bias or Mechanical bias. Job Overview Ensure adherence to health and safety and security Work at height Maintain all Facilities & Site building services including Dock Levellers, Automated Doors and Compactors Maintain stock moving equipment Keep maintenance software up to date Organise maintenance between production requirements Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with good practice, relevant legislation and Company standards
