Maintenance Associate – The King's Head Inn, Salisbury

Salary: £14.27 per hour
Hours per week: 38 hours

To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
• Adhere to Wetherspoon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Work with third‑party contractors and ensure all work meets the company’s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
• Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.

• Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work unsupervised and resolve problems using own knowledge within guidelines.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to colleagues and pub.
• Friendly nature and good communication skills.
• Honest, trustworthy and respectful.
• Remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adhere to appearance standards and wear correct PPE when required.
• Receive regular feedback from management and achieve agreed actions.

Monday: 8:00 – 16:00
Tuesday: 8:00 – 16:00
Wednesday: 8:00 – 16:00
Thursday: 8:00 – 16:00
Friday: 8:00 – 16:00
