In the role of Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of outsourcing and the associated supply chain partnerships in the context of fast-paced projects on time, within budget and in line with the stakeholder requirements and scope while building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

As a key member of the Programmes team you will support the positive outcomes of projects from bid, initial requirements capture/ scoping to project delivery and close out. Responsible for continuously monitoring the performance of allocated programmes and managing off-track items.

• Manages key project partnerships and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget and required quality levels.
• Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans and track/monitor/report progress.
• Responsible for coordinating commercial and technical issues and requirements with the customer.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Responsible to integrate functional teams to align execution including design and manufacturing, operations, procurement etc
• Actively execute Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management to control and mitigate the risk exposure and take advantage of opportunities.
• Responsible for undertaking any other activity required to ensure successful delivery of the program.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide bid/ proposal support/leadership as required.
• Contribute to the improvement of company/project processes/procedures.

• Report all hazards and incidents that the individual is party to, or observes, in the correct manner.
