Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Home
Location: Salisbury
Salary: 48000 to 52000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (flexibility required to ensure smooth running of the home)
Service: Childrens Residential Home
Service Users: Children aged 618 with EBD trauma and complex needs
Qualifications
Required:
Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (completed or in progress)
Experience in Years
Required:
Minimum 2 years in a Childrens Home with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Location (again): Central Salisbury close to schools head office and local amenities
Type of YPs: Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) trauma neglect ACEs
Ofsted Rating: Rated Good
Ratio of Staff to Children:
High staffing ratio to ensure therapeutic support
An experienced and motivated Registered Manager who can lead, inspire and develop a dedicated care team. You will be confident in managing day-to-day operations maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards and embedding a therapeutic culture that places childrens emotional wellbeing at the heart of care delivery.
You will need strong leadership skills a proven track record with Ofsted and the ability to manage a stable team that delivers outstanding care to children who have experienced trauma or neglect.

The organisation operates a network of homes across the South West supported by their own education and clinical services ensuring children receive consistent and joined-up support.
As part of the Registered Manager team youll receive regular professional supervision monthly peer support and ongoing leadership development.
