We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager to join our Children's home in the heart of Salisbury.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager, you will lead, develop, and manage an established team of Residential Child Care Workers. You will deliver and execute our brand values, be an integral part of the residential leadership team, and work collaboratively with the network’s Registered Manager, our Clinical Team, and Education Services. You will support the integrated model developed with our clinical team to achieve the best outcomes for young people and may work an average of 39 hours a week, with some flexibility required to ensure the smooth running of the home.

Support

You will receive regular professional support and supervision from our Regional Operations Manager and Head of Residential, monthly peer support, and clinical integrated leadership. We will support you through your Ofsted registration, future inspections, and invest in your development from day one, with support from a dedicated HR business partner for any employee relations queries you may encounter.

Qualifications

You need a minimum of two years’ experience in a children’s home, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role. You must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and have a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Work Force. A proven track record with Ofsted, knowledge of the Legislative Framework, and a willingness to undergo child protection screening, including employment references and a DBS check are required.
