We’re looking for a Rehoming Supervisor who will be responsible for driving a culture of rehoming, working collaboratively to match as many dogs and adopters as possible.

What does this role do?
  • lead the rehoming team on a day-to-day basis, role modelling excellent customer service, providing support with adoptions and motivating the team to match as many dogs as possible to their forever homes,
  • allocate and prioritise the work of the rehoming team, assigning staff and volunteers daily tasks, continually working towards targets and the shared goal of increasing rehoming,

What

does this team do?

Our rehoming centres house thousands of dogs each year until they are able to find a loving new home, and the success of our centres wouldn't be possible without our dedicated team of staff and volunteers; there is a real family‑community within each of our centres.
