Swanton-Care-and-Community in Salisbury is seeking a Team Leader for Swanton Community Services to lead a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred care for the people we support.
You will supervise staff, promote high quality standards, and create/update care plans and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will proactively support service users to join their community and develop life skills.
