Head of Health & Safety

Location: Salisbury/London

Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Health & Safety to lead and evolve the health, safety and compliance function within a growing residential services business. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong blend of operational credibility, systems thinking and stakeholder management. We are looking for an individual who can build best-in-class safety processes, create a positive safety culture and act as a trusted adviser to both senior leadership and clients.

While experience within residential property is highly desirable, we are equally interested in candidates from FM, property services, maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, construction support services or other operationally focused businesses where health and safety is an integral part of service delivery.
