Job Purpose
To carry out TIG welding on aerospace components to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Duties- TIG weld metal parts to drawings and instructions
- Work with materials such as aluminium and stainless steel
- Set up and use TIG welding equipment
- Check weld quality and report defects
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Follow company procedures and safety rules
- Experience in TIG welding
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Welding qualification or relevant experience preferred
- Factory / workshop environment
- Overtime Avaiable at 1.5
