Are you practical, hands‑on, and eager to learn specialist production skills? We are looking for a Trainee Potting Technician to join our small Production team in Salisbury. • Supporting daily Potting & Encapsulation tasks in line with company quality and health & safety procedures
• Learning to operate and maintain specialist equipment, jigs, fixtures, and tools
• Assisting with the control and safe handling of COSHH materials
• Helping ensure production targets and on‑time delivery commitments are met
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and contributing to 5S initiatives
• Recording issues, rework, and improvement opportunities
• Working flexibly across production areas as required
• Developing your skills through ongoing training and mentoring
• Communicating effectively with team members to maintain a professional, consistent working environment

• Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• The ability to follow instructions, drawings, and manufacturing information
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A flexible, adaptable approach during times of change
• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Experience or some understanding of IPC/620, ISO
  9001, AS9100 or QMS is beneficial but not required — full training will be provided.
