Position: Bakery Innovation Lead – Sourdough & New Products

Finsbury Food is seeking a Senior Development Technologist at our Salisbury site to lead product innovation in bakery. This role focuses on developing high-quality sourdough and hot cross buns, ensuring products meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Science/Technology and proven experience in bakery product development.
