This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Setter / Operator or anyone with a machining background to advance their career and gain new skills into becoming a Manufacturing engineer within the defence industry.
This role would suit anyone from a Machining background or similar looking to take the next step upwards in their career into being fully trained as a Manufacturing Engineer within a highly specialist industry.
The Role:- Setting, operating and programming HAAS Machine tools to create bespoke small batch projects, alongside other engineering duties
- Conducting fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on workshop equipment.
- Supporting design, prototyping and product development activities.
- 40 hour working week Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours, generally 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
- Must have some Machining background
- Must be a UK national or settled EU resident for security clearance due to the nature of the industry
- Looking for excellent investment through training and progression
