Our client, a large multi-franchise-approved car and motorcycle dealer group established across the Southwest and Southern England, is looking to recruit a CRM/Database Marketing Executive to join their marketing team at their Salisbury head office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing. This varied role combines creative and technical marketing, supporting campaigns, website updates, social media, and CRM/database management across our client's brands. You’ll help deliver engaging campaigns while ensuring customer data is accurate, organised and effective.

• Manage data quality, cleansing and CRM administration.
• Prepare customer data and produce reports.
• Support email, SMS, digital and web campaigns.
• Assist with website updates, content and social media.
• Help deliver promotions, events and daily marketing activity.
• Resolve customer data queries.

To be eligible, our client requires experience in a similar CRM/marketing/data administration role and to be within a reasonable commuting distance of Salisbury. Any experience with the automotive industry or knowledge of social media, digital content or analytics tools would be highly desirable but is non-essential. You will be IT literate with experience on Microsoft Excel, have close attention to detail, be well-organised, proactive, confidently balance creative and administrative work, have strong communication skills, and be a team player.

A UK driving licence with minimal points is required, along with the flexibility to travel to our client's other locations (travelling costs covered).
