SACT Nurse (Chemotherapy) — Salisbury | Long-term Contract | Negotiable Rates

We’re looking for an experienced SACT Nurse to join a supportive oncology service in Salisbury on a long-term contract
. If you’re confident delivering systemic anti-cancer therapy and want a stable placement with flexible, negotiable rates

The role

As a SACT Nurse, you’ll play a key part in delivering safe, compassionate cancer care, including:

• Administration of systemic anti-cancer therapies in line with local and national guidance
• Pre-treatment assessment and patient education
• Venous access management (including CVAD/PICC/Port care as applicable)
• Monitoring for and managing treatment reactions/extravasation
• Symptom support and escalation using agreed pathways
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation and multidisciplinary communication

What we’re looking for

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with oncology experience
• Current SACT competency/credentialing (or strong recent SACT experience)
• Confident in patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Excellent communication and a calm, patient-centred approach
• Immediate or short-notice availability is welcomed (but not essential)
