Second Climber / Arborist / Tree Surgeon Description
** A great opportunity for someone with climbing experience. You’ll be working as a second climber alongside an experienced team leader or lead climber within our teams across residential & commercial sites.
** Salary is dependent on experience, but the right candidate can expect to receive excellent rates of pay and promotion prospects.

Qualifications##
** Preferred qualifications for a climbing Arborist:
*** Minimum of 2 years' practical climbing experience in tree climbing operations.
* Qualified with appropriate NPTC/LANTRA certifications (e.g., CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of modern climbing techniques, rigging systems, and equipment use.
* Excellent time management, communication skills, and personal presentation.
* Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship.
* A full UK driving licence.
