Do you have experience in grounds maintenance and managing staff?

The role includes managing a group of operatives and working closely with the team to carry out grounds maintenance tasks within the Salisbury parish.

Our Parks and Grounds Supervisors perform some grounds operative tasks but also lead a grounds maintenance team on a daily basis, including admin tasks relating to the day-to-day people management, IT, and purchasing.

• Mowing
• Strimming
• Gardening
• Hedge trimming
• Sports pitch marking
• Planting

• A full drivers licence.
• Knowledge of amenity grounds maintenance.
• People management skills.
• Enjoys working outdoors.
• IT and procurement understanding.
