Residential Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator

We’re recruiting for an ambitious Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator who is eager to grow, take on more responsibility, and work with a market-leading, independent agency that’s building for the future.

• Property Management:
  Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants throughout tenancies; conduct inspections, manage maintenance issues, and liaise with contractors; oversee check-outs, deposit negotiations, and returns.
• Lettings Negotiation:
  Prepare engaging marketing brochures and property listings; arrange and conduct viewings, managing applicants with professionalism and care; negotiate tenancy terms and oversee the full move-in process.
• General:
  Provide excellent client service, managing emails, calls, and day-to-day admin; get involved with marketing, social media updates, and press releases.

• Strong people skills with the confidence to build rapport
• Practical knowledge of property management and maintenance
• Tech savvy – confident with Microsoft Office, eager to learn property software
• Organised, methodical, and great at problem-solving
• A team player who can also work independently
• ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Qualification provided and funded (if not already held)
• Ongoing professional development and career progression
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00am–5:30pm)
• Full UK driving licence required
