We’re on the lookout for two enthusiastic and passionate Leaders to join our Reading - The Oracle Pret A Manger team, part of the Hala Group family Franchise as General Leaders (Kitchen & Front of House). Please note, the role will require working FOH and BOH (Kitchen), making sandwiches, hot food, coffee, customer service. Opening and closing the shop, 5:30am start, with a 6pm finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and consistently high food standards. Support the day-to-day operations and take ownership during shifts. Deliver joyful customer experiences with warmth and positivity. Champion teamwork and a respectful, inclusive environment. Stay informed about our food, drinks, and promotions to keep customers excited and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within the hospitality industry. A passion for hospitality, food, and people. Strong communication and organisational skills. A hands-on attitude and a love for early mornings!
