Overview
Pay: 18+ years - £12.71 per hour; 16-17 years - £8.00 per hour.
Minimum 12 hours per week as a Stock & Trade Assistant with shifts starting at 7 am, fully flexible across the week, and including a Saturday or Sunday shift.
Dunelm Stock and Trade Assistants operate in-store warehouses and behind-the-scenes storerooms, providing product knowledge and logistical support with a focus on a great customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Follow planograms and support merchandising efforts while completing various tasks.
- Update price changes.
- Recover the store after a busy day to prepare for morning customers.
- Oversee and action deliveries throughout the week.
- Manage stock control, ordering and shop-floor replenishment.
- Help colleagues across the store, reporting to team leaders and store management regularly.
- Be organized, committed, and eager to learn about Dunelm’s product range.
- Be confident in multi-tasking across all stock responsibilities while engaging customers.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, comfortable handling large and small furnishings.
