Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant with Key Holder responsibilities to join the team in our Salisbury store. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.11 plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission. You will be part of a team focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and will have opportunities for growth within the retail career.

• Open & close the store as and when required.
• Be responsible for a set of store keys.
• Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serve customers at the till – process sales transactions.
• Recommend and promote complementary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously replenish stock to ensure shelves are always full.
• Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Keep the shop floor clean & tidy to a high standard.
• Perform any additional ad hoc duties as and when required.

• Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
• The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
• Methodical approach to completing daily tasks – including stock SKU management.
• High levels of attention to detail.
• The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
• Commitment to work 16 hours per week and flexibility to work any day (Monday–Sunday).

Salary and Compensation: up to £13.11 per hour plus non‑contractual hourly sales commission.
